Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Suzi - Office Manager

I previously worked for Dr. Goodson from 1999 to 2002 as the Treatment Coordinator. I recently moved back to the Austin area and am thrilled to be back with the team as the Office manager. I love seeing the transformations made through Orthodontics and the amazing results Dr. Goodson achieves with his patients. In my free time I keep busy with my 4 kids and all of their activities. I also enjoy shopping, gardening, and spending sunny days at the pool or lake.

Juliann - Reception and Scheduling

I joined Dr. Goodson's team in March of this year. I have worked in the Orthodontic field for 15 years in Washington and Arizona. I enjoy getting to know the patients and seeing their beautiful smiles and how excited they are with the results. When I am not working I love to spend time with my daughter attending sporting events, swimming, and traveling.

Rose - Lab Technician

I have been with the team since August 1998.  Before joining Dr. Goodson's team, I worked in an oral surgeon’s office as a Surgery Supervisor for eight and a half years.  I have been in the medical/dental field for 34 years.  In 1975, I received my LVN with the Army. In addition, I received my lab training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1982.  In my spare time, I enjoy making jewelry, fishing, maintaining my home and spending time with my dog, Foster, and my cat, Kitty.

Carlos - Clinical Coordinator

I obtained my general dentistry degree in Colombia in 1994, where I practiced for five years before moving to Texas.  I worked in oral surgery as a Surgical Assistant for three years before joining Dr. Goodson's orthodontic team.  I have been in dentistry for 18 years.  I enjoy working with our patients and being a part of creating beautiful smiles.  My wife, Patty, and I like spending time on weekends with our two dogs.  When I'm not at home relaxing, you can find me playing softball in the company of my friends.

Patty - Assistant

I obtained my dental degree in Colombia in 1995 and worked as a general dentist there for four years before coming to Texas.  I started with Dr. Goodson's practice in September 2005 as an orthodontic assistant.  I have over 17 years of experience in the dental field.  I like working in orthodontics and contributing to the dental health care of all our patients.  I have been married to my husband, Carlos, for eight years.  I enjoy spending time with my husband and cuddling with my two dogs.  My favorite pastime is to read books about spiritual enlightenment.

Donna - Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable

I have been in the dental field for 24 years, all of which have been with Dr. Goodson. I am married and have three children and one grandson. In my free time I like to garden and attend my kids' sports activities. I am proud to have been with Dr. Goodson for so long and establishing relationships with patients’ families.
