Coronavirus Update Austin, TX

Hello to all Current and Future Patients,

We hope this message finds you and your family in good health.   Following the guidance and requirements of health authorities, including our Governor’s Executive Orders, which impact all Texas orthodontic practices, we will begin treating patients after May 11.  As a result, we will slowly and thoughtfully begin scheduling appointments over the coming weeks with special attention to the goals of social distancing and increased infection protocols.  You will necessarily notice changes in the office. We will only allow two patients (no siblings or guests) in the office at a time and we will be asking health screening questions several times. This is the recommendation of the ADA (American Dental Association) and CDC.  It is extremely important that each patient is candid and forthcoming in their responses to these health questions as we are relying on each other to stay healthy.  We know that many aspects of this pandemic have been challenging for all of us.   Thank you for your patience, help, and kindness.  We look forward to seeing you!  Please do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions!  Keep smiling!
